Dosage & Preparation Guidelines

• Immersion Bath Dosage: 0.4% to 2% (4 ml/L to 20 ml/L) depending on soil level. Water temperature max 40°C; exposure time minimum 5 minutes.
• Ultrasonic Bath Recommendation: 0.25% (2.5 ml/L). Water temperature max 40°C; exposure time minimum 5 minutes.
• Preparation: Dilute Plurazyme Extra with suitable water in accordance with national guidelines. Prepare fresh working solutions when visibly contaminated or at least once every working day.

Directions for Use

• Immersion Cleaning: Perform preliminary cleaning if required, then completely submerge instruments and endoscopes into the working solution. Ensure all surfaces, lumina, and internal cavities are fully wetted and free of trapped air bubbles.
• Mechanical Assistance: Brush instruments or mechanically clean endoscope channels if necessary. After the required contact time, rinse all components thoroughly with clean water before further reprocessing.
• Ultrasonic Cleaning Notes: Do not exceed the manufacturer's recommended sonication time or temperatures above 40°C.

Material Compatibility & Restrictions

• Suitable Materials: Extensively tested and approved for a wide range of medical and surgical instruments, including flexible and rigid endoscopes.
• Restrictions: Not recommended for use on aluminum, copper, or brass. Minor discoloration may occur when used with silicone.
