All shipments are tracked, and you will receive your tracking number by email or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

6. Shipping for Bulk or Clinic Orders
For bulk purchases or clinic orders, delivery time and cost may vary based on quantity and destination.

7. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact our support team.
8. Failed Deliveries
If delivery is attempted and the customer is unreachable or unavailable, the courier will retry once.
After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse, and the customer may be charged return shipping fees.
9. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within Egypt.
